Arad traditional residence
Arad traditional residence with the ability to accommodate 70 tourists is located in Tabas city. This residence has 14 rooms with different capacities. Arad traditional residence in terms of facilities has a central kitchen, cooling and heating system, private yard, supermarket, bakery and dining hall with a capacity of 70 people. It should be noted that the toilets and baths of this native house are located jointly and outside the residence. It is also important that this residence is located in the southeastern of Khorasan province, the easternmost province of Iran. The cities of Birjand, Darmian, Nehbandan, Ghaenat, Sarayan, Sarbisheh, Ferdows, Tabas, Bashravieh, Zirkuh, Khosf are other than this province. Important products such as barberry and saffron, almonds, jujube and Bukhara plums are among the souvenirs of this city. Among the handicrafts of South Khorasan, we can mention all kinds of crochets, needle-embroidered fabrics, handkerchiefs, tablecloths, pelas weaveing, carpets and rugs with unique designs. One of the cultural features of this province is wood and dotar dance. South Khorasan is divided into two categories in terms of climate (dry and hot) and (dry and mild).
